Managing online accounts
Recently, we worked with a client whose firm had been completely rebranded. New website, new domain, new email addresses. Unfortunately, before the old accounts disappeared, they didn’t update Google My Business, Twitter or Facebook.
These accounts were registered to an email address that no longer existed, meaning login details couldn’t simply be updated – passwords couldn’t be recovered, and email addresses couldn’t be changed.

Facebook Business Page - the real benefits?
Facebook has been criticised and received some negativity in recent months due to the constant algorithm and news feed changes. In turn, we have discovered, and clients and contacts have confirmed, that company pages have had to work much harder to maintain reach and generate engagement.
However, it is important not to give up on your company page. With 1.59 billion daily active users, it is still one of the best social networks to have a business presence.
